Thin film composites

• High thickness coating for smoke exposure and immersion in light to moderate chemicals
• It can be applied in a single thickness of up to 4 mm thick
• R250-380 micron barrier coating for aggressive chemical exposures
• 200-380 microns per layer, for aggressive oxidizing environments

Concrete composites
CONCRETE COMPOSITE SYSTEMS are used every day in a wide range of industries ranging from food to chemicals.
They can be used both for the containment of secondary containment basins, with the need for aggressive chemicals, as well as for spalling repairs and / or retouching of already coated supports.

Mortar
With the consistency of a synthetic mortar for defect fitting and surface sealing of walls.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
• No need for substratum
• 100% solids allows rapid application of epoxy coatings
• Epoxy, polyurethane or PMMA system with reinforcement charge applicable to spatula for dependency formation and reconstruction
• From a minimum thickness of 05 mm to a maximum application of 150 mm
• Casting leveling epoxy system with reinforcing aggregate that does not require any substratum
• From a minimum thickness of 12 mm to a maximum of 300mm
Coating
For chemical and mechanical exposures.
3 mm system with scattered aggregate with excellent resistance, for slippery environments.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
• Ideal for areas exposed to drips / leakage of chemicals
• 100% solids, no need for substratum
• 9 mm composite for rebuilding surfaces applicable with trowel, for areas subject to extreme wear
• Excellent for repairs and retouching
• Applied by layer, resists immersion and dripping / leaking of chemical exposures
• 6 mm system with scattered aggregate with excellent resistance to slippery areas
• Ideal for exposure to chemical-oxidants
• The quick drying formula allows minimal production stops
• Composed of 6 mm for surface reconstruction, applicable to trowel
• Vertical application possible
• Low thermal expansion coefficient, resists breaks due to thermal shocks
• The self-sealing property makes it ideal to resist aggressive chemicals
Substrate Sealing
40% solids, urethane reagent with moisture, to reduce vapor transmission.

• Used as a sealer before epoxy top coatings
• Low viscosity substrate for high epoxy coatings with high coverage
• Favors adhesion on dry surfaces
• 100% solids allows rapid application of top coatings
