R.T.A. Italia is occupied in RE-QUALIFICATION AND STANDARDIZATION of processing areas, in particular in the food industry through the application of non-toxic epoxy resin suitable for contact with food and certified as required by the healthcare directives (HACCP, D.Lgs 81/08, D.M. 21/03/73 and subsequent updates).
The RESIN COATINGS are the perfect solution for the realization of surfaces subject to chemical aggression (chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, food industries, laboratories, wineries, etc.), taking into account that the level of aggression depends on different facts based on the various productive typologies.
The choice for the most suitable solution is rather complex and will have to be carried out with the support of experience and the technical / functional knowledge of the products and the various machining cycles.
The various types of coatings able to meet the current requirements of the various ministerial directives (which: HACCP, D.Lgs 81/08, D.M. 21/03/73 etc…) for the protection of the person, such as to obtain an inert surface, bacteriostatic, anti-fungal, anti-slip, anti-acid, continuous (without leaks to avoid infiltration in the construction joints and/or expansion), mechanical transport with variable mechanical strength in function of the achievable thicknesses, high chemical-physical resistances. Supply and installation of drainage systems in stainless steel AISI 304, with siphons, rat stop and extractable basket.
As for the NON-TOXIC POLYMER COATINGS meant for vitrification of the oenological tanks that are subject to direct and continuous contact with foodstuffs certified products formulated with known substances specified in the specifications of the ¨positive list¨ are being used.
The company is able to PROVIDE and INSTALL various oenological accessories (siphons, wine tasts, valves, doors, angles, etc…) in stainless steel AISI 316. ANTI-CORROSIVE TREATMENTS will also be carried out external tanks based on resin epoxy and / or polyurethane anti-acid in aqueous dispersion with VOC 0 free from solvents.
Thanks to the particular formulated composition free of solvents and in aqueous dispersion our coatings can be executed without interruption of your ordinary workday when no emissions of harmful substances occur in the surrounding environment.
We can also intervene on old supports in cls or tiles through regularization with fiber-reinforced structural mortars thus giving the proper bearing and monolithicity to the surfaces and obtaining a suitable support suitable for receiving our coatings.
